Interaction with the HR team has been fantastic. She was graceful throughout the process and kept me updated on every level about the company, and its plans and answered questions timely as they were asked. My experience has been smooth with the team. The initial interview was to introduce you to the company, job-related tasks, get to know my background and salary expectations. All went well and the HR has been very communicative. Unfortunately, I had to refuse the offer as I was offered another position at another organization that aligned with my long-term goals. It was a hard decision for me as the people whom I spoke with were very nice to talk to. They also had the opportunity which would align well with my long-term goals. Just that I had less experience this time and would be cumbersome for them later on. I hope to come back later on once I have enough developer experience.
Tehnični razgovor
The technical interview consists of tasks that you have to do within a given set of time. It was an easy one with a mix of behaviour, communication, reactiveness and technical knowledge.
