Great working environment, clean and new offices. They invest a lot of time and energy in building young professionals, even if you are entry level. They do not consider software developer to be a coder, but complete professional that takes full responsibility for the product of its work, that is why devs are included in all levels of the meetings, and are regularly updated on how their software is used by end users. Regular annual performance reviews that actually result in some action to help you become better at what you do, or even to change area of interest if you ask for it.
Slabosti
They have their own product, so development has became a bit "just maintenance" after a while. End dates can be tough.
